Refund Policy

For most cases a refund is not possible. The service has already been provided, before your payment was made. Generally issues would be resolved before you made the payment. However we don't know everything! If there is an extenuating circumstance that you feel like would warrant a refund let us know by emailing contactus@honest2ndopinion.com. Explain your situation and we will have a manager reach out to you ASAP. 

We would much rather lose "a sale" than a customer.
