HOW WE GOT STARTED | Honest 2nd Opinion

8 years ago I contacted a well known HVAC company in my area to come tell me why my Furnace would randomly turn off and sometimes not start up. Well after a 3.5 hour sales pitch on why I need a whole new system for "only a few thousand dollars" 

I called a local handyman, He came by looked at the furnace and took out the flame sensor cleaned it put it back in charged me $50 and left. the whole thing took maybe 30 minutes. And 8 years later the furnace is still working! Best $50 I ever spent.

I needed an expert to come and give me their honest opinion on what was wrong and how it could be fixed, not some company that is incentivized to charge me more so they can make more money.

That's what we are doing today, we are here to give you the advice we would give our own mothers. Telling you what we think the problem and solution is and how much it should reasonably cost to fix it.
